How do I move the payroll software, settings & data over to a new computer?

I currently have Payroll Mate installed.  I have purchased a new computer and will be moving Payroll Mate to the new computer.  I have the disk to install on the new computer.  Any special instructions other than loading the payroll backup files on the new computer?
