How do I print W2 copy A using Payroll Mate payroll software?

I am using Payroll Mate for the first time this year.  When I print W2 and W3 forms I notice there is no Copy A w2 form.  I have been looking on your website and I cannot determine exactly what I need to print these forms.  I am keeping books on a volunteer basis for the Pre-K School at my church and we are working on a strict budget.  We have 8 employees.  I printed the w2’s that I could on blank paper.  They appear to be ok.  I ordered the W2, W3 instructions and got a W3 form from IRS.  After reading the instructions it looks like I need a Copy A W2 form to send to SSA.   I use an HP Officejet 6500 printer.

In order to print your W-2 Copy A and W-3 using Payroll Mate, you have two options:

1. You can order Payroll Mate option # 1 (on top of Payroll Mate), which gives you the ability to print W2 Copy A and form W3 on blank paper.

2. You can purchase the W-2 Forms Copy A and W-3 forms (unless you already have these red forms).
