Can we manually input W2 1099 data inside W2 Mate vs uploading from QuickBooks or Excel?

We only have 2 full time and 4 part time employees for a nonprofit animal shelter, but no longer have access to the payroll software that used to produce our W2 forms. Would W2 Mate work for us? We process payroll by hand now, so would have to manually input the data, which isn't a lot with only 6 employees, but just want to make sure W2Mate has that as an option vs uploading it from QuickBooks or Excel.

W2 Mate will allow you to manually input the W2 1099 data for your employees and recipients.  Importing data is more convenient for customers with a large number of forms to be processed, but importing is totally optional.
