Why does "DEMO" print on my forms?

I purchased W2 Mate but it is printing demo on my forms. How do I print my W2 forms?

You have installed W2 Mate demo on your machine. Please install the full version from the link that was emailed to you or from the CD that was shipped to you. Once you have installed the program and entered your data you will be able to print W2 Forms without DEMO across the form.
