How can I print 1099s in account number order?

Hello,

 

I am using the W2 Mate to do the 1099's for 24 credit unions.

 

I have a question, please help.

 

When I import the files they are in the order of the members account number. But, when I go to print the 1099's they are in alphabetic order. How can I print them in account number order?

Hello Cody,

If you would like for the software to print the forms in the same order in which they were imported, please navigate to the “1099 & 1098 Recipients” screen, under “Sort Recipients By” select “Do not sort” , now if you try to print the forms will be printed in the account number order (same as the order you used when importing).
