Question regarding W2 Mate (2016)

Hi, I purchased W2 Mate last year. Will I be able to import company and recipient information from the previous version, or will I have to enter everything all over again? Thank you.

Please buy, download and install W2 Mate 2016 on the same computer as W2 Mate 2015.

 

The very first time you open W2 Mate 2016 it will ask you if you want to import your data from 2015, please go ahead and do that. This will bring over your employees, recipients and company setup without the 2015 forms and you will be ready to process 2016 forms.If you do not see the rollover data message when you open W2 Mate 2016, you can select "Tools > Rollover Data from Last Year" from the top menu inside W2 Mate 2016.
