Can I use Payroll Mate on multiple computers?

We will have 3 people trained and able to access payroll, however I am not sure if we need an extra user license in order for our IT Manager to install the Payroll Mate software on our network. 120 people in one company for payroll.  Direct deposit – I don’t believe we would need to print anything other than a paystub as all our employees have direct deposit.

We offer a networking feature that includes a choice between 3, 5 and 10 users.  If needed additional companies and employees can be added to the standard version of Payroll Mate. If you choose to utilize direct deposit you are able to print a direct deposit advice for enrolled employees.
