Can I use Payroll Mate to issue vendor checks and print 1099 forms?

I have a co-op vendor retail shop, with over 80 vendors; I need a payroll system I can use for monthly checks and year end 1099 forms. I don’t need any other bells or whistles can Payroll Mate help me?
