Do your payroll programs support NACHA file format?

Hi There,

 

I downloaded a demo of your payroll program and I would like to double check if it supports NACHA file format. I want  to pay my employees using direct deposit and my bank accepts NACHA files.

The short answer is Yes.

 

The long answer is our payroll software prepares NACHA - ACH files for direct deposit payroll processing through a financial institution like a bank. By using this feature, our customers have the ability to process unlimited number of direct deposit transactions. Other payroll software solutions charge per transaction, which makes direct deposit less attractive to employers. Please note that you need to purchase Payroll Mate option #2 to use this feature.
