Does the software print out IRS acceptable W-2’s on to plain paper?

We are looking for software that can print out IRS acceptable w-2’s on to plain paper,

My question is: does your W2 Mate program print out IRS acceptable W-2’s on to plain paper or do I need to get preprinted IRS forms (the red ones)? I want to mail paper forms to the IRS and I want to print them out on plain paper.
