State withholding info is not being populated when importing SSA W2 electronic file, how can I fix that?

I used your W2 software to import the SSA electronic file and none of the state withholding info is showing up. Am I missing something? Where?

Hello Gina,
 
This means that the input SSA electronic file does not have the state information (the RS record is not included in the W2 electronic submission file).
