Our payroll software automatically generates form W3 based on the W2’s for all active employees inside the company. To generate form W3, go to the Form screen inside Payroll Mate and then click the “W-2 & W-3” button, which brings up the W-2/W-3 Wizard, please follow the screens of the wizard to print your W2s and W3s.
