How do I print both the 1099 MISC form and the data?

Question

The 1099-MISC form would NOT print.  Only the data printed no boxes, etc. Same applies to 1099-DIV and 1099-INT. I am trying to prepare these forms tonight!

How do I print both the 1099 MISC form and the data?

Hello Lance

 

If only the data is getting printed, this means you are choosing the option to “Print Data only on a pre-Printed Red-Ink Laser form” inside the print 1099 dialog. Please change the option to be  “Print a Recipient / Payer Copy”  to print both the data and the form. This answer applies to all 1099 forms currently supported by W2 Mate including 1099-MISC, 1099-INT, 1099-DIV, 1099-R, 1099-S, 1099-A, 1099-B, 1099-C, 1099-PATR, 1099-OID, 1099-K, 1098-T & 1098.
