Please see our answer below:
1. The first thing to do after you rollover your data is click “Company > Open” from the top menu inside W2 Mate and see if you find your company / companies from last year. If the rollover succeeded then most probably this is the solution to your issue.
2. If you select “Company > Open” and you still do not see your company file, then this machine does not include all of last year’s data. Please make sure this is the company where you had the previous year’s
W2 1099 software installed.
