Can I use your software W-2s and 1099s for recipients and the IRS?

I have a small tax office. I offer 1099 prep and have used CCH software for a number of years but discontinued CCH this past year. I have maybe 15 clients that will need from 1 to maybe 20 1099-MISC and 1 or 2 clients that will need W-2’s. I’d previously used IRS provided forms through a laser to print transmittal copies and laser on blank paper for all the copies. Are you what I need?

Yes you will be able to achieve what you need using our W2 Mate software.

 

1. Our software supports both W2s and 1099s.

 

2. There is no limit on the number of forms/ clients. So if you have 15 or more then you are OK.

 

3. The software prints the data for the IRS/ SSA on pre-printed red forms.

 

4. The software prints all W2 / 1099 copies (other than copy A) on regular white paper.

 

5. The software can generate W3 and 1096 transmittals.
