1. Changes in the layout from 3 forms per page to 2 forms per page.
2. New Boxes 8 and 9 to report address or description of the property securing mortgage.
3. Reporting of the outstanding mortgage principal (Box 2).
4. Reporting of the mortgage origination date (Box 3).
Answer 2: Yes you can import your data from different sources including Excel. We do provide a sample spreadsheet you can use.
