Yes you can use Payroll Mate 2017 with Windows 10.

Actually Payroll Mate can work with the following Windows versions:

Microsoft Windows XP with SP3 (not recommended since supported is discontinued by Microsoft)

Windows Server 2008 and Above.

Windows Vista (make sure to install latest updates)

Win 7, 8, 8.1 and 10.
