Can you e-File Abila Fund Accounting 1099 forms?

The Department of Human Services in our state uses Abila Fund Accounting (used to be Sage). We need to e-File 1099 forms with the IRS. Abila partners with Aatrix, however Aatrix does not allow the download of the electronic file. They merely send it on to the Feds. We need to have a copy of the 1099 e-File submission for our records. Can we use your software to import 1099s from Abila and then e-File with the IRS FIRE System?

Yes you can use our 1099 software to e-File 1099 forms for Abila Fund Accounting. Actually we have a number of Abila users who already utilize our product. You will basically import the data from Abila using a spreadsheet and then create 1099 e-File submission and then upload to the IRS FIRE System (this way you can have a copy of the submission for future reference).

You will need W2 Mate software + W2 Mate Option #3 (Import) + W2 Mate Option #4 (E-File).
