Usually the red-ink pre-printed forms are standard and should align with minor changes in the print alignment settings inside W2 Mate. The black and white forms (copies to the recipient, state and for records) you can print on regular white paper using W2 Mate (so you do not need the pre-printed forms for those).
What we suggest you do is download free demo of W2 Mate and test the printing on the forms you have. Please use the Horizontal and Vertical offsets to move the data left / right and top / down. I would move the data with .05 increments. I would print on a blank paper, align on top of the pre-printed form and hold towards the light, this way you do not lose a pre-printed form each time you try.
