Can we use your software to e-File QuickBooks W2s even if we have a very large number of Employees?

We use Intuit QuickBooks.  We have already printed our W-2s and mailed them out.  

 

We have to file electronically with the SSA because we have more than 250 employees.  I could not process all the W-2s in QuickBooks at one time because it doesn’t support the amount of digits our payroll totals have.  

 

My question is: Can we still export cleanly into your W2 E-File software so that it ends up with one large file ready to be uploaded to the SSA?

 

Also, what is the cost of Options #3 and #4?

Yes W2 Mate should be able to import your W2 information from QuickBooks just fine. In fact we have many customers with the exact same scenario you have.

 

Once the data is imported from QuickBooks, you will be able to generate a W2 Electronic Submission file ready to upload to the SSA.
