Does this product work with Yardi Genesis to process 1099-NEC forms?

We are most likely going to be using your product because Yardi Genesis is not supporting the new 1099-NEC forms.

I wanted to:

1. Verify that you will be offering these 1099 NEC forms for 2020.

2. Ask when you typically have your product available for purchase or will have the NEC demo available.

Hi there,

Yes, you can use our W2 Mate software to import your data from Yardi Genesis and then process the 1099-NEC forms. The data will first need to be exported to a spreadsheet and then brought into W2 Mate. You can also manually type the data for recipients who do not exist inside Yardi or who do not have accurate records.

Please also remember to order red-ink pre-printed 1099-NEC forms for mailing to the IRS. If you intend to e-File, you do not need any forms. Our e-File engine gets released in early December each year.
