What does Record 1 must be RA record mean when using Accuwage to test W2 electronic filing?

We purchased your software for preparing and filing 1099s and W-2s.  

 

I have run one W-2 electronic filing submission through the AccuWage testing and it came back “Record 1 must be RA record”.  What does this mean and how do I fix it?  I can find no reference in a help screen.

The error you are getting means you are running the wrong file through AccuWage. Please make sure to run the W2 electronic submission file that was generated using W2 Mate trough AccuWage and not any other file. The path of the file generated using W2 Mate can be found under the “Output File” field inside the W2 Electronic Filing dialog.
